Beside the curiosity for all new technical matters, plenty of the Arlt’s developed expertise in the field of sales. My grandfather (mothers side), my uncle, my father (after WW2), my brother...

On basis of the technical apprenticeship and some trainee-sessions spend in the machine-builders industry, I finalized a degree in Business Administration and Mechanical Engineering at a Universtity in Bavaria in 1978.

It was quite logical to advance my career from Engineering into Sales. And with my passion for travelling to pursue challenges which provide the opportunity to work in distant countries with people of substantial different cultural background.
